Abstract

This Uganda Standard specifies requirements and methods of sampling and test for dried tomatoes of varieties (cultivars) grown from Lycopersicon esculentum Mill and its hybrids, intended for direct consumption without further processing or for use in the food industry. This standard was published on 2011-12-20.
